I don’t know about you but when something goes wrong, I immediately look for someone to blame. When I’m facing a situation I don’t like, my first reaction is to complain about it to someone else as if that will make me feel better. Recently I had an experience where I had been blaming and complaining about a specific problem for years and by bucking up and taking responsibility for the solution, things literally got better in one afternoon.
